ANZAC Day 2021

The school community is very proud of the students who represented us at our ANZAC Day commemoration service for 2021. Our School Captain James Whalan and Vice Captain Wilmie van Schalkwyk each read a prayer, and Vice Captain Charlie Selmes laid a wreathe to honour the service of the men and women who have served our nation. Amarlee Vallette proudly led the march as flag bearer and Shafin Salim read his prize-winning essay on what the ANZAC legend means to him. Declan Eshman was the runner-up in that competition. Other students represented the school in the Orbital Swing Band, the Pony Club, Girl Guides, as well as in other nearby town centres. Captain Claudia Eastburn participated in the Baradine commemoration.

All of the students were respectful and attentive to the solemnity of this occasion and were fine ambassadors for our school. A selection of photos from the event are below.
